Structural Integration, Bodywork, Clinical Myofascial Release Massage for alignment and pain relief. Focus is on postural alignment and compensation patterns responsible for dysfunction. Structural Integration and Bodywork are more interactive sessions and include movement, manual therapy and awareness. The manual therapy component forms the basis of the massage sessions, deep and specific myofascial release to release tension and address compensation patterns.
